Tunnel is very easy, have always been put on the lower level of the train, no angle changes at all.
Not been a problem in the Sag and that is pretty low.

You'll need the car's documents: V5 registration document, insurance certificate with 'green card' EU cover and MoT certificate if the car's over three years old. If it's a rental car (or, indeed, any other car) you'll need the owner's permission. Some rental car companies won't allow use of their car outside the UK. If you can't get the V5, the RAC can supply an 'on hire' substitute document. The car will need an oval GB sticker; this requirement is waived if the number plates carry a blue GB flash on the LHS.

For France you need a spare lamp kit, a warning triangle and a hi-vis vest/jacket. Some other useful things to take are listed here.

The Tunnel is an absolute doddle.

If you pre-book, you just turn up at the terminal, the cctv recognises your registration and booking and you just confirm the display to get your ticket.

If you're early, you may be offered an earler train.

Driving on and off is easy and you just sit in your car during your crossing.

I drove a Range Rover and just lowered the suspension for getting onto the train. For most cars, it's simples!

There is a drink and snacks place at the Terminal itself but the one at Calais is far better.

I did the Mont Blanc tunnel in my Griff, before the fire. No cameras!!!

Also along were another "piped" griff, M3, Fezza 355F1, Noble (No7)...wotaday!

Not sure I am understanding your question.

Arrive Folkestone and book in.
Wait in holding areas with refreshments toilets etc available.
Board train and park car.
Spend 20+ minutes sleeping/ chatting or whatever.
Leave train and drive off into France.

Not sure what you mean...
Buy the car here, leave it at your dads house in the UK, then come and get it later to take it back via boat or train....? Thats simple, just book it all etc...
Obviously if you are importing the car to France then you will need all the paperwork.

Purchase car in UK
Take to France (via tunnel)
Car to be shipped to NZ by Pascal's father. Assuming it is going to NZ where Pascal's profile says he lives.

After the fire, its a rubbish tunnel. Long, slow and boring.
