Never had a chance to see him when he toured before... love the Faith Album.

I did like his earlier stuff, haven't heard/no idea of anything later though.

Sure he would still pull the crowds in.

I would see him only if he performed this live (Killer/Papa was a rolling stone) :

Saw him on the first comeback tour about 3 years ago... was actually quite good, cracking band and sound quality...

i thought he did a 'farewell tour' a few years back?

I'm no fan but a work colleague used up most of their holidays and spent a small fortune going to a few gigs on that tour including the last night.

Just an excuse to fleece loyal fans again?

I was gutted to have missed out on the farewell tour, and will definitely try to get hold of a couple of tickets!

Well, possibly. But ask your colleague if he'd rather get the chance to see him perform again?

Same goes for Stones, Quo, etc, etc.

Went to the 25 show a few years back with wife, daughter and mother in law. 3 generations of women all of whom like him.

To be fair, the concert was very good, and his voice was excellent. Some very emotional moments when singing ballads with that voice, and you could hear a pin drop around the auditorium.

I'd go again for sure. But it's Rush in a couple of weeks time - on my own cos nobody else in my family likes them - maybe it is Geddy's slightly different voice to George that puts them off smile
