Alternative cheaper exhaust cans??

I have found a company in Mildenhall, Suffolk who supply altenative cans to the CCC ones. They are priced very reasonably at £57.75 each!! (+ postage). I found them on e-bay, under "exhausts" and it is the first item on the screen. The company is Dens Accessory Store on 01638 583883. Has anyone had any experience with these or even used them? It is a 4" big round tip exhaust in stainless steel. The total length is 580mm, the body is 152 x 368 (sounds a bit big!), and the pipe inlet is 58mm. (they do have a can with a smaller body - 140mm). This sounds too good to be true!! I will be going up to Mildenhall to see if they fit this week at some point. But if anyone has seen them, used them or know they won't even fit can you let me know please! I will let you all know how i get on.

It might have!! Your cerb sounds the nuts! Hopefully meet up with you decibel hooligans at the next essex meet in a few weeks time and who knows i might out-do you on the noise stakes.

What a great day sunday was, both my slaphead and arms are the same colour as my interior, a cracking shade of deep red! what joy!!

Great to meet you guys, just sorry we couldn't hang around for a few beers.
WIll definately ensure we meet up at the next mid Essex. Although not as burned as your poor bonce, my right arm was a shade of red from hanging out the window and christ I had a mad bad headache, I just wish I'd had the drinking fun before the hangover. I'm looking forward to hearing your cans where there sorted.
