I've got exactly the same problem and have done for about 5 days. It's the third time it's happened in probably 3 months, bodes well for the digital switchover!

What region are you guys from? Our normal freeview channels (Glasgow) have been ok but the HD freeview has been unwatchable over the last two days - the local transmitter doesn't state any issues....is this just a hickup with the switchover and power of signals right now?

When our local transmitter had a problem, our digibox tried to retune to an alternate transmitter. It may be worth retrying the setup procedure. It's an arse, but it happens.

I am in Suffolk. I guess I can re-tune the TV - oddly the one in the lounge (with the Humax) is worse than the one in the bedroom. They all run off the same feed!

But yes, it's been over a week for me too.

Ours was like it last week when we had the good weather, always does it.

Now the weather has calmed down the signal has returned.

No idea how it works but I think it's to do with the good weather. My TV has retuned to a Welsh transmitter and I'm having to manually delete unwanted channels. Modern electronics can sometimes be a bit too cleaver.

Digital seems a bit wk, the weather has to be neither good nor bad for it to work correctly.

I'm in Warwickshire. When I had Sky I used to get a bad reception during bad weather, but this doesn't seem to follow any pattern.

Well, it used to be when there was rain/storm etc then I would lose the digital signal (which I could happily accept is atmospherics), but now it's bright and sunny and still I have no picture!!!

Are you using a wideband ariel? Those are the channels that usually suffer if you're using an old ariel.

I'm in Kew and I haven't been able to get Channel 4 or Channel 5 for 2 weeks, even after retuning.

I rather suspect it's an old aerial, this is an old bungalow....

I had this prob on one of my TV's. Turned out the tv had saved the channels from channel 300 onwards. Had to move them to the correct channels manually
