"While it looks like the real thing, this is actually a half-size model, which sat on top of the Times Square Brewery here in New York as part of a British Airways billboard.
I remember seeing this when it was put up in 1996, and from a distance it really does cause you to give it a double take.
The model will be auctioned off on May 5 as lot #8W in Bonhams Space History Sale. The estimate is $100,000 to $150,000."
