Honda Jazz - Honda Jazz 75,000 mile service items

Hi,

I'm just about to get my car serviced,Two dealers prices varied quite a bit.So I'm comparing llike with like does anyone have a definitive list of the items covered.One mentioned that transmisssion fluid is an optional extra.Is coolant & brake fluid changed.The car is just over four years old,manual transmission.I'm not too mechanical & just presumed that there was a standard list of items at each service interval.If brake fluid is needed & specced I'd happily pay but just thought each Honda dealer would quote for the same items so comparisons could easily be made.Cheers for the help.

If a jazz has done 75k miles it should consist of
2001-2005 jazz
oil filter, sump plug washer, manual gearbox oil, x8 spark plugs, air filter, brake fluid, engine oil, valve clearence adjustment and fuel filter.

2006-2008 jazz

Same as above except for valve clearence adjustment, from 2006 model it went from every 25k to every 62.5k so not required at 75k.
You get a extra time to do valve clearence adjustment so possibly why price varies.

Yep - 2 per cylinder on some models A bit overkill for a shopping car.

The rears are supposed to be a pain to get to, so some people just change the fronts.

Was in a dealer recently and overheard someone being quoted for 8, labour costs are quite a bit.
