ramp advice

i am looking for a set of robust ramps so a vehicle can be driven over a bump without it bellying up. about 120-150 cm in length to support a weight of 1500Kgs any ideas for where to look?

If you only need a couple of inches, can you not get a couple of scaffolding boards or just one and saw it in half?

ps I assumed this was for your cerb but you mention 1500 kgs, is this because you are driving 4 up?
