Hi, I need some urgent help. Does anyone know after putting username and password into ntl dial up, it asks for domain, what is this? is it standard? The settings were altered and the PC needs to re connect but cannot do this without the domain! Please help!

Isn't it asking for the full username like - user_name@ntHellworld.net as the username?

I don't know, my Mum was on the phone having a rant that my Dad had buggered all the settings up! Going up now to have a look. Thanks for your help.

Claire, it's because your PC has been moved by someone from a workgroup onto a domain. Windows gets a bit confused as a result, and you end up needing to enter a domain for all network connection.

If you can't fix it get my mobile number from Steve and give me a call.
