Got up nice and early for mtb'ing over the malverns, earnt some brownie points from my girlfriends mum by cutting her hedges (she's going to let me keep the 's' in her garage for the measily price of some regular gardening). Took the car out for a drive around Shelsley Walsh (stopping for a wander around the paddock and hill), Sapey, Bromyard, knitwick etc and back for some home cooked Sunday lunch at my folks -perfic!!
