great idea lets give away all our cash to any nation that says they wont help - especially those rich nations that can afford nuclear wepons that sounds like a great way of reducing our deficit

Well there is a simple solution to this - lets fk off out of the Afghanistan-Pakistan border area and we won't have to give them as much money. But then we'll start crying next time a British Jihadi trained in that part of the world blows up a London bus or train.
