We have several Client Server developers here mainly working in C++/VB6 and a whole raft of databases. We are looking to get them converted to .Net and I need to recommend some training for them. It will be expected that they will be taking the micrsoft exams to get MCSD qulifications starting within about 6 months of the x training.

Are there any recommendations on companies to provide the necessary to get them MCSD qualified ( part of their objectives) and actually teaching them what they need to know?

Based in Milton Keynes but location not really a problem

I "converted" my MCSD with these guys.

Not cheap, but effective. However the emphasis is very much on getting certified, as opposed to using the tools effectively. It's an amazing coincidence how many of our practice questions turned up on the Microsoft exam

Yeah I've heard of these guys.

The purpose is to gey my guys trained as .Net developers and our company uses certification as a means of rewarding achievement (pass the exam, get more bucks) and Marketing (ooo we have over 200 MCP's)

From my point of view I need them to be able to cut good code rather than flaunt their certificates, but thats consulting companies for you
