Anti Roll Bar orientation

I've taken my ARB off to strip and paint but I forgot to take photos so I have no idea which way it goes back on!

I notice the ends have a bend on them so could someone provide a picture or let me know if the bends go up or down. I could just fit it and find out if it fits but I'd prefer not to!

Mine bends up !

Tom, I`ve just fitted mine, it lies flat with the curved ends to the front of the car and the drop links go over the bottom wishbone to be connected HTH.

Well I didn't manage to get round to the ARB today, have got most of my hoses swapped but rain and hail put a bit of a dampener on that!

Had a look though and I'm pretty sure I can see which way it all goes together now so thanks!
