Contact prints from Photoshop Elements 8

Anyone managed to print a sheet of passport size pictues (i.e. 20 or so 45 x 35mm of the same picture) on one sheet of paper, from Photoshop elements 8 (in Windows)
If so, how? (idiots guide please)

Tried following instructions in Phtoshop Elements for dummies, but they refer to a screen of settings I couldn't find anywhere (not just me, wife couldn't figure it out either)

What I normally do is; create a new image that is 45x35mm (300 ppi) then paste the passport picture and adjust/arrange it to fit or crop the existing image to that size. Create another image for the required paper size (e.g. A4) at 300 ppi. Then just copy the picture and paste it again and again on the A4 image and rearrange them.

From Windows Exporer, if you right click on a JPG thumbnail do you see 'Print' in the contextual menu? If so choose it. If 'Photo Printing Wizard' appears you're home and dry - it has an option for 'Contact Sheet 35 prints per page'.

ETA: Actually they might be too small for passports, but you get the idea. Otherwise as Gemm says. Ctrl/V - wheeee! That will leave you with a 21 layer image; Save As JPG (which automatically flattens the layers), done.
