V8S Tyre Choice

I have a set of four wheels, two of which have Pirelli P6000 205/55 R15 88V tyres and the other two have Proxes TIS 205/55 R15 88V. I want to "even up" the set and change two of them to match the other two. Which should I keep and which should I get rid of? Thanks in advance.

I can't help on which choice to make but I do know that T1S aren't avaliable any more, they have been replaced by the T1R. Apparently they are very similar and have good ratings on light cars (such as the S) but the soft sidewall doesn't go too well with heavy cars. They are also probably cheaper than the P6000s.

I must admit I have never used either but was intending on replacing my tyres with T1Rs.

I would have a look at the dates on the side of the tyres first to see if there's much difference in their age.

you are a long way away for this but who knows...

I have two 205.55.R15 Proxes probably 60-70% worn coming off the imola's I bought recently - I am fitting Conti's so these are of no use to me... they are yours if you can figure out how to collect them... ? I can get them as far south as Huddersfield FOC if you can shuttle them from there ...?
