Offshore outsoucing

Hi

I am trying to do some research into the client experiences of offshore outsourcing (B2B not B2C) as I am helping a company to market their services in the UK, so I thought I'd ask about experiences that PH members have had of outsourcing business processes (eg IT development, data entry or accounting/book-keeping tasks) to businesses in other countries to make such activities more cost effective. Here are some initial questions:
-What have been the pros and cons of such activities?
-Would you do it again?
-What aspects would you change?
