Free Aberdeen/Stonehaven car Photoshoot.

I'm a photographer looking to gain a little experience and build a portfolio of all types of shots.

For automotive photography, the obvious thing to do was to turn to all you lovely folk here

Recently I've been using my Passat for practice shots to test out some locations, but as someone said, its the car equivalent of beige paint haha, so I'm looking for some cars with a little more impact.

So if you're interested in a free photoshoot, then let me know what you have

I might speak to him eventually, but I want to have a half decent looking portfolio before I do approach him. That way he'll be less likely to say no.

I think the RS500 and 911 are coming out of hibernation this weekend, so i'll maybe manage a few shots of them.

Do you fancy some studio shots for the portfolio too, I know of a couple of studios for cars (Edinburgh and Irvine, so not too local) and will be arranging more days in them, I am there this Sunday and have a few other people interested in any future days I arrange. If you are interested then I would have no problem in sharing the shoot.

Thanks for all the replies and apologies for the late reply from myself. I've been a little busy and it seems i'm not going to have too much free time other than Sundays.

I was actually admiring a Monte Carlo Edition M3 on Satuday (Bon Accord square - was it yours by any chance?). It was stunning. Glad to hear you're free Sunday. If my car is back on the road by then we'll put the wheels in motion (excuse the pun).

Why don't we arrange a Aberdeen meet? That way perhaps you could photograph all the attendees? I myself am new to Aberdeen so a small meet would be welcomed.
