that is what I use..had to beef it up a bit though as it was very wobbly, it is bloody superb now edit to add= it was £14.99 with free postage

I like the wheelstand pro, will have that, but I'm not spending £100 this month.
I quite like the old people table, I mean dashboard though.

You lot that get on well with an ironing board must have very odd shaped legs! I used ours for a bit and I found that the X legs were always in the wrong place between the seat and where I wanted the pedals, and if I hung the wheel towards one end to avoid that, it was too unstable.
The biggest benefit of the Wheelstand Pro though is that the wheel and pedals are already set up and in situ, with the ironing board its a good 10 minute job to get everything out the cupboard, set up in the correct position (G25 so has gear lever too) and cables out of harms way, and not a lot less to put away again, whereas the Wheelstand Pro its a 1 minute job to unfold and plug in because everything is already clamped on with cables routed up the frame so you don't snag them, which means I use it far more often. Perhaps not such an issue if you have a games room and can leave things set up, but if like me the PS3 is under the main telly in a family home with limited gaming time, being quick to set up and put away is a real bonus.

Stroke of absolute luck, I went to see a mate tonight that does cinema installs and he had one of those fancy G27 steering wheels attached to the fold up steering wheel thingy above and I managed to 'borrow' it as he is going on holiday.
F**K ME, its amaaazing. I have been playing with a controller all this time, I feel like starting the game again. On the simulator setting, its astonishingly good.
Cars I normally have great trouble driving like my 1980's 1,000 bhp Toyota LMS car are an absolute dream, I've just slashed my laptimes and even worked up a sweet.
Anyway, back on topic. device is pretty bloody good with the quick releases. Easy to set up and actually adjust to the best position. And then fold away at the end of the day. £100 well spent I'd say. Not that I spent it, but if I did.
