After foaming in my coffee after reading this last year

At last some sense:

I wonder who foots the legal bill though.
I have nothing against the genderly confused, but really.

I was just coming to post exactly the same thing.
So a tranny wants a boob job and expects the NHS to foot the bill? Bloody ridiculous.
A good result.
No different in my book to a fatty wanting a free stomach op, how about we wire up mouths for free, anything else gets paid for by the fatty or their feeder! The same logic applies here, NHS just have to provide a bra with two oranges, anything more needs to be paid for by the confused one!So a tranny wants a boob job and expects the NHS to foot the bill? I beg to differ. The business case for a gastric band vs 30 years of treatment for the effects of obesity is a no brainer. The NHS will pay for them, but only in a couple of circumstances.
