yet another 50 limit.....

Found last night, that as you turn right off the A420 towards Castle Combe, having come out of Chippenham, the stretch towards Tiddlywink is now 50 all the way, with it coming down to 40 just before tiddlywink, and staying at 40 through to Yatton Keynell (which is 30, as it always was). Then its 50 again the other side all the way to Castle Combe.
The other side of Castle Combe is still NSL between the villages.... so it looks like they're trying to generate revenue from Castle Combe race goers to me as the road the other side of CC is no different really, but keeps its NSL
Anyway, just thought I'd point it out.... another nice stretch bites the dust.....
disclaimer: I support the correct use of speed limits, but the gradual increase of pointless 50 limits and nanny state tactics with the motorist is getting my goat
