For me its normally around 12-2am and I'm up at 8 latest weekdays, sometimes around 6 depending on work but at weekends I'm in bed till 10ish. It doesn't really do me any favours as ideally I like 8-9 hours to feel fine in the morning, but I think compared to others its pretty normal.

Weekdays 11pm up at 6 30am

Weekends bed at 4/5am up at 10/12am

I used to go to bed on weekdays after 1 at least, normally 2 and be up at 6, I found myself nodding off during meetings etc so had to change!

Last night 2am, up at 7am. Night before, 4am up at 7:30am. My body hates me sleeping.
Tonight I'll be asleep late again, but will at least be able to stay in bed tomorrow. Still usually awake by 8, but can sometimes get back to sleep.

Bed anytime between 10 and 12/1 most nights - depending how hard i have trained etc that day.

Wake up Mon-Fri between 7 & 715. Saturday and Sunday is around the 8/8.30 mark. Cant seem to sleep past this on a weekend.

Depends how tired I am. Usually get into bed at 10:30-11. Sometimes its 12:30am, sometimes its 9:30pm.

Wake at 7am every weekday morning, no alarm on weekend, but usually 8am.

Weekdays, never go to bed before 1:00 usually closer to 2:00. Alarm set for 7:00, get up at 7:20.
Weekends, depends where I am... Go to bed between 1:00 and 3:00, get up between 8:00 and 11:00.

Unless there's a hoon or tunnel run happening!

Weekdays:
In bed at 10:30pm.
Up at 06:20am.

Weekends.
In bed 11pm:2am.
Up at 8:00 and 10:00.

I use the term in bed as it can sometimes take me between 15mins and 90mins to fall asleep.

2/3am to 8.45 on weekdays (I live close to work, and can shower etc when it's quiet).
4/5am to 12/1pm on weekends.

It's a lot better than I used to be though, during my undergrad days at Uni I tended to work on a 36+ hour awake, 18 hour asleep+ system which meant that I was never reliably going to be up at any time. Then again, I wasn't as serious about lifting etc then.

Physically in bed by 21:30 if I've been up that day. Actually sleep starting from anywhere between 22:00 and about 4am, disturbed by a district nursing visit at 2am. Sleep till 9 on a good day. Too many variables, especially pain and pain drugs messing with sleep both ways.

weekdays 2-3am wake up at 8.30 but the sleep will be quite restless at times due to bed/baby

friday night 4-5am wake up 1pm.
sat night 5-6am wake up 3pm.

sunday night 2-3am am and back to 8am wake ups

i'd love to get to bed at 12 but always a victim of losing track of time.

i do manage occasionally a power nap for a few hrs during the evening.

Work nights 10-> 11pm up before 6am often before 5.45am.
Nights off 12am-1am awake around 6am, snooze/nap for a few hours get up no later than 12pm.

My job requires a fairly early start, have to be in the office by 6.45am and no later than 7am otherwise I miss calls/dispatch orders which directly affects my money making potential.

I go to bed about midnight but don't sleep until after 2 usually and I'm up at around 7 every day. Then there are times like this when I'm wide awake at gone 4am and would love to be asleep.

Asleep about 0300 sunday, up at 1000, back in bed 1630 up at 1900, then power nap 2330 to 0030, then work 0100 - 0400, prob bed 0500 - 1200.

Then 0000-0645/0700/0715. Sometimes as late as 0200 in bed on a weekday. I'm practically nocturnal at weekends, would happily work perm. nights.
