Time to get rid? The tyre isn't quite seated right here (I've just replaced a tube and noticed as I pumped it up) so when I deflate it and correct it this rough patch won't be visible, but is this ok?

just keep an eye on it, till you start seeing threads from the tyre coming through it'll be alright.
