What with the proliferation of PH stickers in our motors, I think it must only be a matter of time before one of us is seen doing naughties and the following message appears here:
quote:
Right. I'm not a member of this board, but someone with one of your stickers, driving a TVR/BMW/Audi/lotus*, Reg No S123ABC, cut me up like a twat this morning on the way to work. Anyone care to own up?
Who do we reckon it's gonna be? (I'm posting pre-emptively cause it'll probably be me )

Perhaps there should be a prize for the first person in the rogues gallery?

I'm just off to order mine now!

But I'm a bit worried that if I get pulled with a sticker that reads "speed matters", no amount of grovelling/promises-to-try-harder to the officer will get me off the hook. Maybe I'll trim that bit off. They're pretty big stickers aren't they.

If you explain to the occifer that you don't drive fast, but do sell amphetamines, I'm sure he'll be sympathetic...

And with a (relatively) rare car like yours CarZ, in the company of these TVR people, you'll need a few more TT-ers on here pronto.
Either that or your splendid manooeuvres are going to stick out like a boil on a bear's arse.

I'm afraid that is precisely the reason why I don't have a PistonHeads sticker on any of my cars.

Sorry Ted.

Perhaps when funds allow we could have a range of stickers, including one that just says "PistonHeads"?

Or even "Pistonheads. Responsible speed matters".

Speed matters, be it a slow speed or a fast speed, you're showing awareness of the need to monitor your speed.

Or you could plead ignorance that 'SPEED MATTERS' means the speed 'content' of Pistonheads.com.

Or you could stop being such a wuss I've got it plastered over the side of my car and I don't get any trouble from plod.

Anyway, who ever gets stopped by policemen any more? It'll look good in the Gatso photo

Get buying man

Not sure one would look right on my astra??
Maybe I'll buy one and save it for when I can afford the TVR or Porsche.....?!?!?!?

BTW: is the stucker supposed to offer advertising for this site?
It's just if I get one, I might prompt a flow of nova-boy numpties logging on in response to seeing it:
"Ah yeah, look at that sticker!, Remember that website address mate, It must be like maxpower or somthin', Awesome!!"

Actually I think I will order one, it could be quite amusing.

I've put them on the back of my company vans and knowing how those get driven I suspect I may well be a early contender.

The one with the tyres on. Vans have less grip upside down.

Ted

What about the normal stickers, have you got them yet? My lawnmower desperately needs a makeover - it looks sooo last season.

Be sensible man. Do they go on the inside or outside of your screen

The back is sticky so the shop page says...

I was about to buy a pack of the other ones and a couple of fleeces for chatsworth weekend and then noted the £5 delivery charge... fleece'd sprung to mind actually and I am now pondering the matter
