Last week's Countryfile - Name that tune?

Evening all!

A little bit of an odd question, but I've had no luck thus far. So I thought I'd ask the PH community.
During last week's Countryfile, they ran a feature on rhubarb and there was a decent backing track used which I've heard several times in the last few months, but I have no idea what it is. It keeps coming back to taunt me!

The song begins around 45:30 and ends at approximately 47:20.
Any ideas? I'll now hand over to the good folk of PH to help unravel the mystery
