Not used them myself, but it was one of their guys who rescued the keys from my boot at Chatsworth last year so the only thing I could say is that they know their stuff

X Works do the servicing on the Griff and are excellent; not as dear as some and whilst they are thorough with the routine stuff they are sensible about what they recommend needs to be done as extras so don't push it for the sake of business.
Heath and Paul are both, as the name suggests, ex factory with years of experience so very good with problems. Luckily they are handy for me and will often fit in a small problem fix if I'm going to be passing - eg. had a small bit of sealant coming off the headlight lens on the Griff last week so gave them a call and took it down an hour later and they did it while I waited and for a cost that was not much different from what it would have cost me just to buy the sealant so a good result.
They had an offer on for chassis work this winter and the servicing also came with waxoyl incl. so if you are in the area or need some serious stuff doing it could be worth a word with them - and no - I'm not linked to them in any way but do appreciate what they do.
