Buy films on DVD and never watch them, but when it comes on TV no matter what time it is you'll think "cool look what's on", and then sit and watch it even though you've had it on DVD for ages?

Must stop doing this rolleyes

Yep.

And then the film comes on TV and we say "we won't bother watching that because it'll have adverts and we can watch it on DVD/Blue Ray".........

And that's why I never buy DVDs. Even though the only film this ever seems to happen with for me is "TimeCop".

Yes. All the time! What is stupid is that I end up staying up too late at night watching a film on TV that I could watch at anytime on the DVD!

I'm guilty of this too. I have for instance all the Dirty Harry films on DVD, but everytime one comes on TV I end up watching it, even if it'sd late on.

One thing I do also is record a film, never watch it and then perhaps a year later watch it on TV.

Guilty as charged.. I once watched Apollo 13 on ITV (so there were adverts) when the DVD was sat on the TV stand and was in plain sight of me.

Nearly every time! It seems bonkers thinking about it, watching a film on ITV with all the adverts when you could just play back the dvd hehe
