Door Panel

My N/S window is making an awfulll ratchet sound when it reaches the bottom .Any ideas?
Also were are the fixings for the door panel i guess that will have to come off?

The door panel comes off by removing 2 or 3 allen screws in the bottom of the door pocket. One of the screws in particular, the forward one, is awkward to get at, but beyond that it's a 15 minute job. The panel should lift up and off and then disconnect the electrics. Removing the rubber membrane will reveal the window mechanism. Good luck.
