But doesn't that just mean that he has wiggled out of paying that £35,000 unfair dismissal payment? TBH nobody deserves that for a dismissal anyway...

The insolvency order was made after Mr Devine failed to pay his former office manager Marion Kinley £35,000 for unfair dismissal.

Last year an employment tribunal heard how he bullied Miss Kinley and made up stories to justify firing her.
Nasty little red ste isn't he?

All starts to stack up; that 'left wing' do-as-I-say-not-as-I-do attitude to employment as well as fraud.

I'd not seen this before, just how stupid is he? Or how stupid does he think we are?

That money was just resting in my account!

He is actually a bit dim.

I love the way he incriminates the Unions and NHS at the end as well.

What does that tell us taxpayers about the unions and NHS.

I used to work for a trade union. The GPMU as it was back then. Was "employed" on a temporary rolling self-employed status for 3 years - renewed every 3 months. No protection, no security, and certainly not treated from the inside like one of their members would expect...

Further, I travelled to many branches around the country, as well as working at the head office - computing gets you about, you see. I have to say that in the main (there were one or two exceptions), I have never met a bigger bunch of self serving self important idiots in my life - perks, I hear you cry - yup, whereever, whenever, however - but always taken to the max.

It comes as no surprise whatsoever to hear them cited by this clown, as being the same...but it does not mitigate!
