Could someone do a check on my car

If anyone can do a check on my car it would be most appreciated. Reg number OV05 WYC.

Reason I ask is I am getting quotes for insurance, the car used to come up as a 90bhp from the number plate check through the insurance companies. I have just noticed it is now coming up as a 110bhp?

Go look under your bonnet - 307 90bhp HDi doesnt have an intercooler, the 110bhp does


ETA - this is if its a 2.0..... not sure about the difference between the 90/110 1.6.....

Cheers for that, I am aware the 2.0HDi 90 doesnt have an intercooler. Mine is a 1.6HDi, it does have an intercooler but I think both the 1.6HDi 90 and 110 have intercoolers?

Not much help to your particular situation, but these insurance systems seem very very unreliable. Whack in any number of Golf GTi 180s and you'll get 150BHP back every time, for example.

That said, the DVLA system is occasionally full of crap itself - I'm quite sure a 2003 Ka should not be listed as 1435kg
