Wheel colour/finish question

I want to change the colour of my Imolas but I’m having trouble finding a colour and someone to do it. The nearest effect to what I want is the Enzo Nurburg which Halfords sell (as a Ripspeed). No one there knows what the finish is called though. It doesn’t seem to be the two coat shadow chrome finish but something else which is applied in one coat. Here’s a pic, but you can’t really see the effect from the photo.

The darker areas inside the spokes are actually the same colour as the faces but the brightness changes depending on which way the light hits it. I’m thinking this would look good on the curves of the Imolas.

Does anyone have any ideas about what it’s called or who might be able to do it? I have already done a bit of Googling and running around without success. Thanks in advance. Joe
