Bulk biodiesel suppliers?

Anybody here know of any good bulk biodiesel suppliers?
Looking at reducing the costs of running my 4.2 TD Landcruiser towcar for the race season, I've got room for an IBC tank in the garage so a 1000L would be handy! Landcruiser will happily on run on just about anything apparently.
Anybody know of any suppliers, who A exist, B can supply to some sort of quality, C Can supply in IBC's & can deliver ( I could also collect it if required)
Lastly are there any legal implications of collecting an IBC of Biodiesel or two on my trailer, I'm assuming there is some sort of law against it!
