Where could I get a personalised Wales Rugby shirt in a rush

Calling on the power of pistonheads here. My mate turns 30 this week and he has a party next weekend. I wanted to get him a Wales Rugby shirt with his name and the number 30 on the back but I've left things very late. Online, it would take 7-10 days. Just wondering if there is anywhere local where I might get one? Any ideas?

Did similar for my missus for her 30th, pick up a standard top from any sports shop, then there's a shop in the metrocentre downstairs opposite argos who will personalise it for you while you wait.
