Hello,
fresh off a near victory last night I'm wanting to go again

I was wondering what the interest would be from people here to go Early June (around the 3/4th) on a week day evening? The reason for it then is 2 fold, I fly to Cairo on the 10th & Teemu is still around then as well.

The price is £37 a piece at Warden Law (which I personally prefer). You get 15mins of practice / qualifying (which when you get pole doesn't mean anything) and then 30minute race. Could always head for a pint of diet coke somewhere afterwards as well

We'll need to move quite fast I would have thought to get a booking & then the deposits paid. I don't mind getting cheques off everyone and dropping them all off...

I can pretty much say that Dave (Mr Friendly), Teemu, Richard, Dan (cheater from last night), Me and one or 2 others will be going. Let me know interest and I'll start the ball rolling ASAP.

good stuff Trace, you coming then?

Warden Law is here
Middlesborugh is here

WL is £37 for 45mins of racing in 390cc Eglem karts
MB is £35 for 60mins of racing assuming >15, <20 go in twin engined jobies.

I don't like MB, but will happily go at those sort of prices...

well as I have said before, the north-east sevens group go to the middlesbrough, despite a fair proportion being from newcastle and whitley bay direction, so if its good enough for them, its good enough for me.

How does Wed 26th May sound? There are a few good pubs in the surrounding towns, I wouldn't recommend any close to the track!

I'm up for Midlesbrough anytime, and could bring some peeps if we need to make up the numbers

I'll also be happy to put up some prizes from SCOTT for the first 3 places.

Cheers,
Ian.

right, mboro on June 4th it is then! Just need to book it on the evening... Trace can you get a provisional booking? Are you going?

At Warden Law the best way to do it was to get deposits from everyone and then pay the rest on the night (it didn't work too well this time tho - my bad!). At mboro it suggests they need £150 deposit, regardless of numbers...

I suggest the same idea is used here if the Teeside Karting is happy for us to work it like that, in that we send £10 deposit in cheque form to someone (in the karting places name) who drops them all off and the extra £25 is paid on the night...

I don't mind organising it all from up here and sending them down as a job lot to Trace as I've quite a few people up here who would like to come again (about 7 already)
