Gets a big thumbs up what a laugh....

Two sci fi geeks on a road trip take an Area 51 alien to meet up with his rescue ship.

What's "Sic Fi"? Sounds slightly disgusting.

It's not an alien autopsy movie, I hope?

Not all of them. ET was, of course. And Bonnie Langford.

[Cloud 9]

Funniest film I`ve seen in ages

[bexVN]

Very good, glad we went to see this (rare opportunity these days due to having a ten month old!) A lot of sci fi references of which I know I missed many but spotted several aswell . Well written and quite a sweet film really.

Just seen it. Superb.
Anyone notice the music being played in the biker bar? The very same music from Star Wars.

I noticed it before hubby. It was a proud moment for me

[T_Pot]

i was dissapointed, not half as funny as i'd hoped

[Republik]

Really enjoyed it, Seth Rogan voices Paul brilliantly. I'd recommend it. 5 thumbs up

[tjg123]

saw it today, loved it

[coogy]

I thought it was excellent, saw it on release day. Lots of geeky references to other films, good humour without trying too hard. It is worth noting, however, that this is *not* the third film in the "Cornetto trilogy" so don't go expecting more of the same, Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz wise, even though it is very similar in terms of scripting and humour.

Definitely worth watching

Watched it at the weekend, really did enjoy it! made me laugh pretty much non stop, do agree with poster above that it is very similar in terms of scripting and humour, highly recommended

I used to be a huge fan of Spaced, Shaun of the Dead was great, Hot Fuzz was a giant steaming turd of a film.

How does Paul compare with these?
