Which ever place in the world has the lowest sales tax, and a sales tax you can reclaim when leaving the country.

It does (well, it did 8yrs ago - not been since).

Bought my Canon 100-400L from there. Was best part of half the price of the high street here (and a tidy amount cheaper than the internet too).

(Travel costs excluded of course, as I was there anyway).
