I have purchased the rear Chimaera Powerflex bushing kit from Steve Heath.
Somehow they (Steve or Powerflex) managed to mix-up the number and type of washers.
The missing washer was sent to me within a week by Steve.
This week-end I was stupid enough to destroy completely one outer bearing shell. A quick e-mail and a phone call later and a replacement part is on its way.
This is what I call customer service...
I shall make business with you again, Steve!
