Quite like Teriyaki myself. For 4:

3 tablespooons of Soy Sauce
3 tablespooons of Rice Wine or Dry Sherry
2 teaspoons of Muscovado Sugar

Stir until sugar is dissolved, whack the fillets in to marinade for between 10 minutes to 2 hours.

Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Serve with rice noodles and green veg, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Mango salsa:

1 mango
1 red onion
1 red chilli

(The above all chopped fine - somewhere between Dolly Mixtures and sugar)

+ juice of a lime
fresh coriander

Awesome, this is.

Chop a couple of cloves of garlic and an onion, fry them to soft, 1 can of peeled tomatoes in with a sliced red onion, heat it for 5 mins or so and throw in a handful of sliced black olives and some thyme. Give it a few minutes while you sear the tuna on both sides. Bed of tagliatelle, tuna steak and the tomato sauce on top.

My 30 minute meal.
