In terms of pence-per-litre, what's the most expensive fuel you could use to fuel your car with no or few modifications?

Carless turbo fuels are now (I think) >£3/litre. Shove that in a mildly tuned impreza and it'll disappear quick!

BP 102 was about £2.50 per litre before they stopped selling it in the UK, in March 2010.

BP still sell the same stuff on the continent, using their Aral brand. It's still 102 octane, the last time I did a fill up with this stuff it was about €1.65 per litre (in other words, much cheaper than the UK stuff ever was!)

If you're talking non-petrol station, you can get just about anything... how about 109 RON from these guys for £110/25 litre drum?

This thread is making me feel slightly better about the £1.34/l V Power I have just brimmed my car with, at the cost of eighty four quid for the tank.

Now, I'm not saying I'm a jizz expert or anything but I'm pretty sure semen isn't combustible. If it is, I'm going to stop having candles in the bedroom.

Last time I looked it was about 40% more than unleaded, so I'd guess around £1.80/l?

my PH mate runs 115 unleaded race fuel in his Viper,
think it was about the highest he could get his hands on without adding lead

quite pricey, and has shelf life if its opened and not all used up

Currently antimatter costs $62.5 trillion per gram, though your engine may require *some* modification. A remap should do it.
