Bucket seat and seat belt.

I want to fit cobera Monaco type bucket seat. Can i get away without fitting harness, but using normal seat belt ? like seat clip come tho one of the seat's holes?
What about alternative bucket seats that can accept the normal seat belt?
If not. can harness fitted to point where my rear passangers dont sit on harness or anything uncomfortable?

Not sure if you could poke the buckle end though the side slot, might be an option.
You can use the existing rear seatbelt mounting points for your harness belts, but be aware that from about 1990 (I think) "construction and use" rules changed. I think from then on if it's possible to carry a rear seat passenger then they must be provided with a seat belt. In practical terms this means the you could fail your MoT if you remove the rear seatbelts.
There are a couple of options I guess, find a "sympathetic" MoT tester, remove the rear seat so it can't be used, or keep the existing lap belts inplace with the harness belts on top.

I don't think you would be able to poke the buckle end through the slot as the buckle would tend to dig into you, even if you could get it through the slot. Maybe if you could find some earlier type belts which did not have the stiff 'stalk on to which the buckle is fitted it might work. i don't know if they'd meet current C & U regulations though.
This has always been a problem with the really good seats. They are designed primarily for competition where full harness is always used and are meant to be bolted down onto the floor as well.
The old works cars had a bucket seat where the lap/diagonals could be used, but I believe they had the webbing straps not the 'stalk' type, so no good there either. I reckon you may have the choice of a 2-seat Mini with full harnesses or a 4 seater with standard seats and lap/diag belts.
The mandatory rear seat belt regs apply from 1987, by the way.

I used to have the old cobra clubman seats which were ok with a standard seat belt, the new design clubman seats might be worth a look. I now have the Monacos with 4 point harnesses and the back seat is now in the loft. The car is 1991 and I havent had a problem with MOTs, let me rephrase that as i have loads of problems with MOTs, particulary emmissions and rust, and suspension wear and annoying difficult to trace electrical faults etc etc etc, but seat belts / harnesses have never been an issue.
