Taken from the 'abandoned supercars' thread.

We were on holiday in Boston just before Xmas, and saw one of these emerging from an underground garage. Pretty sure it's Italian.

Virtual beer for the answer...

Alfa Romeo Montreal as just said.

One of my favourite Alfas for all time.

Would absolutely love one but doubt it will every happen. Such a shame to see that rotting into the ground.

Geek fact - was built as a concept car for the 1967 world expo held in Montreal. Obviously then put into prodcution. People herald it as a very beautiful car and I can understand what they mean but it is a car that has never appealed to me

I'm amazed that you've spent 6 years on this forum and not come across an Alfa Romeo Montreal as yet.

very nice indeed. they wouldn't got far wrong with a modern version of this, obviously in the modern swept back, angular, massively swept back headlight style.

Well, don't be: I don't frequent the Alfa/Fiat/Lancia forums, and it's only been mentioned less than a dozen times in the last two years on all other forums. There's a good chance that some of the threads haven't included pictures, and I don't slavishly read every thread on here.

I did at least guess it was Italian. Do I win a prize?

Shame to see one left to rot.
Here's a loved example and it's superb quad cam V8.
