Forum For Advice On Buying A Business?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know of a good forum that specialises in Businesses and Investments etc? I am thinking of buying a business instead of getting a job but since I am not from the UK I need to get advice on the traps, tax laws etc.

Any ideas?
