Help me choose a camcorder

Title says it all really. I think I'm going to replace my written-off D300s with a camcorder and trouser the difference. I'm after...

cica £350
SD memory as I have loads
HD and stereo
Picture quality is more important than a huge zoom range
Light and compact

Any recommendations? This looks ok - Panasonic HDC-SD60 - but don't really know how good it really is.
