forza 3 xbox noise

dont know if this is a repost but i was just wondering - does anyone elses xbox make a really loud noise when playing/loading the game. its the fans i recon but its so loud compared to the likes of black ops and infact every other game i own. i have a late model elite thats a little more than a year old and its been doing this since day one. it is lying down but its in a well vented unit. any one else have this? and what could be done to prevent?

Do you have the game installed to the HD? That makes a noticeable difference...
It's still pretty loud though!

+1 the cd drive motor is horribly noisy, installing games on HD make it so much quieter.

As above. I do this with all games. Makes gameplay much quieter.
