I've just posted on faceslap about this programme, personally having served 9 years and been medically discharged, I've had 2 emails - 1 of which was a satisfaction questionnaire.
Non of my ex-mil friends seem to have received any kind of follow up or help with readjusting.


Very sad to see these guys struggling
