I've been using a rather basic but trusty on line shop for the last 4 years, but it's
time for a change. The limitations with the current one mean I am looking at a
replacement that is able to have several stores in one that don't merge.
IE Stores for more than one band etc housed on different templates.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I have a merchant account and a secure server, so all I really need is the Shop.
I've seen some mentioned WorldPay / Actinic etc, but I'd welcome comments.

if you can hack around with PHP, www.oscommerce.com is a open source shop. I would reckon it's too powerful for what you are wanting tho...

Whats wrong with your current shop? Could you just not put a new template on the top?

AFAIK worldpay is simply a way of getting someone else to worry about the security and the transfering of monies, Acitic is the same as osCommerce (essentially) but costs, lots.

Use osCommerce here, very impressed with it considering it's free!

OS Commerce is a great Free solution.

So much so, that all Register1.net VDS Pro accounts will come with OsCommerce built in from next month.
