Web access problem

Colleague got a problem accessing some web sites for example aol (aol log in is ok, it's aol webmail that is the problem) and eBay - no access to it at all - web site not found - check network connections and settings standard response.

Others such as BBC and Google are ok.

The set up is aol broadband through a network of 3 pc's and a server - the other two pc's have no problems with any sites. When we built the network 2 weeks ago we started with freshly reformatted drives and fresh install of windows xp on the three pc's. The broadband conection is through one of the pc's.

Probably down to configuration somewhere on that machine, but sadly we're not quite expert in that field - any suggestions to improve access from that one machine would be greatly appreciated.

Not much to go on and I am no guru but, I think it is likely to be in the settings on the troublesome machine.
If it has a firewall you could start by disableing it and seeing if you can get through then.
