One question though should f1 drivers be allowed to compete in different sports without their employers full approval as now he will have a years salary for zero work?
I am not permitted to have two jobs unless I have full approval by my employer and if I didn't then it would be gross misconduct as such being injured with a year off I'd imagine they would sack me.
Football players are not permitted to play rugby even as a past time.
