Remade using a PC game called IL-2 Sturmovik and a few free community add-ons, very cleverly done first few minutes of the film using the original sound.

That was excellent. Nice to see 110s and "real" Heinkel 111s.

He even got the squadron codes right on the 303 Polish Squadron Hurricane.

There will hopefully be more of it. But it probably takes a long time to match all the sound and images up even after staging the correct scenes.

I have that game, but it doesn't look anywhere near as good as that - even when using the NVIDIA tweaks to bump up the image quality. Wonder what mods they used.

I haven't used it for some time but I think the Ultrapack is the big install that makes a lot of changes, It's a lot of mods for scenery, aircraft and other features in one install.
