Land price - any ideas?

There is a 9.5 acre grassland plot directly adjacent to my sis's house for sale by Tender. It will never get plannng for building so its really just for horses etc.

Any ideas what the bid should be its in south lincolnshire?

Depends who else is interested really,Horse people will pay more than farmers will.

But then again if if adjoins another farmers land he may pay over the odds anyway.

£50,000 to £70,000 at a guess though. average price quoted in this weeks papers was close to £6,000 IIRC.

Agricultural land in that area £3-4K an acre tops.
