Which Bluetooth headset device?

Current car hasnt got a built in one and am well over due to get a bluetooth headset it needs to be compatible with an iPhone 4 any suggestions?

FYI, this is a genuine suggestion, not just a flippant PH response. Get a Parrot kit and DIY/pay an installer (or source OEM bits from ebay if available and within your budget). What's the car?
