I like the general look and feel.

Why is it so small though?

All the images say 'Undefined' underneath them.
The image viewer is sloooow for tiny images.

This. I didn't bother reading past the first word. Sorry.

Also, the grey font on black background is not particularly easy to read anyway.

A slideshow option would be good.

I'd agree... you need to sort grammar & punctuation, and it is kind of small!

If I was going to hire you (which I guess is the object of the exercise) then I'd want more location detail than "midlands".
